I will buy it online and shipment will be to my friend living in Italy. I wonder what means "VAT not included" . Do I have a chance to refund VAT? Your reply will highly be appreciated. Kind regards. Hi, If you place an order on our web site, with delivery in Italy we must bill the Italian VAT on our invoice and you must pay it. You should then take care of the refunding procedure by taking contacts with the customs and ask for the precise instructions you have to follow. We do not refund the VAT amount.
