S.O.S. Tuner With Strobe-On-String tuning technology
In the revolutionary Planet Waves S.O.S. Guitar Tuner* two out-of-phase LED beams are projected directly onto the vibrating string. When the string is not in tune, the two lights move rapidly across it. As you get closer to the correct intonation, the movement slows down until it stops. This revolutionary visual tuning system allows you to silently tune an instrument in quiet or noisy environments.

1. Choose the string to tune with the wheel.
2. Pluck the string.
3. Project the LEDs onto the string at the 12th fret.
4. Tune until the movement of the light projected onto the string slows and stops.
5. When the movement of the light stops, the string is in tune
