How can I place an order?

To place an order, add the desired product or products to your cart. If you do not intend to purchase other items, you can continue with the purchase by clicking on the shopping cart icon to start the guided procedure for order placement. Enter your shipping information, select a payment method and fill in the relevant details. Verify that the information provided is accurate, then click "Proceed to Checkout". You will receive a confirmation email within minutes with your order details and order number, which you may need for future communications with us. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. What payment methods can I use?

Music Center accepts several types of payment: you can pay by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, V-Pay, JCB), PayPal, Google Pay and bank transfer. Remember that bank transfer can only be used for orders over €2,000. If you choose to make a bank transfer, you will receive the bank details via email with instructions for making the transaction.


Do I have to pay VAT on my order?

For shipments made in Italy, both to business and private customers, Italian VAT will be applied to the order amount. This also applies to orders placed via the web but picked up at our store in via dell'Ora del Garda 19 38121 TRENTO (TN) - ITALY.
For shipments to EU countries, VAT will not be applied to business customers, while private customers will be charged the national tax of the recipient country.
On the other hand, for shipments to non-EU countries or Switzerland, both for business and private customers, VAT will not be applied.


 Are the prices displayed VAT included?

In default mode, for unlogged navigation, prices are displayed inclusive of Italian VAT. 

For registered users, the prices shown follow the following rules:

What are the times and costs for shipping?

Delivery generally takes place within 5-7 days in Europe and within 7-14 days in non-EU countries from the moment it is taken over by the courier. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the country of destination, the weight and dimensions of the products included in the order. Total shipping costs are calculated and displayed based on the shipping address you enter at checkout.


Is it possible to collect an order at your point of sale?

During the order creation procedure, when entering the delivery address, it is possible to select our store located in via dell'Ora del Garda 19 38121 TRENTO (TN) - ITALY as the place of shipment. Payment must still be made online according to the methods indicated on the website and at the shop it will only be possible to collect the order but not make the payment.


How can I know the status of my order?

After logging in to the site with the e-mail address and password provided during registration, access your private area and click on "My orders". If the status of your order is "Received", it means that the payment has been successfully received. For payments by bank transfer, the order status will be "Waiting for payment" until the bank transfer is visible in our current account and then the order status will change to "In preparation", it meaning that the order is being processed. If the order status is "Partially Shipped" it means that part of the items have been shipped, and the shipment to complete the order will follow shortly. The "Completed" status indicates a completely shipped order. Both in the case of partial and complete shipments, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking to monitor the status of the shipment.


What can I do if the package is damaged?

If you notice any imperfection or damage to the package, report it immediately to the courier and, if necessary, demand a declaration certifying that the packaged arrived damaged. If this documentation is not delivered, refuse the goods. Damage reports must always be made within 24 hours after receipt and are the only way to attribute the damage to the transport company and to subsequently be able to request a refund. What is the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal, which can be exercised within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, is applicable to all customers considered Consumers and who do not act for purposes related to business or professional activities (see Point 2.7 of the Terms and Conditions at this link) link.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products personalized according to customer specifications, to sealed goods which, once opened, cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. flutes, earphones, headphones, etc.) and for sealed software that has been opened.


How much time do I have to return a product?

If you are a Private customer, you have the option to return the items within 14 days after the order delivery date. To return a product, please contact us at this link to receive further information


How long does it take to receive a refund?

After receiving the return and checking the condition of the product, we will proceed with the immediate refund. The timing for receiving the refund varies between 5 to 6 working days, depending on the handling times of your bank. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.


Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

The shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are charged to the customer. However, if the product presents any defect, the return shipping costs will always be borne by Music Center.


What is the guarantee on the purchased products?

All Products for sale online through the website www.musiccenter.it are covered by the guarantee of:

a) 24 (twenty-four) months from the moment of delivery of the Product if the Customer acts as a Consumer (see Point 2.7 of the Terms and Conditions at this link) link.

b) 12 (twelve) months from the moment of delivery if the Customer is a Company (see Point 2.7 of the Terms and Conditions at this link) link. ; in this case, the guarantee can be exercised only if the customer reports the defect within 8 days after discovery.

Are there special conditions for resellers?

If you have a shop or are a repairer in the musical instrument sector, you can access our price list reserved for resellers/repairers. To do this, register on our website and, after completing the registration, contact us at this link by sending a copy of the chamber of commerce certificate, the certificate of attribution of the VAT number and a header of your company with the VAT number indicated.
 You will be contacted by a person from our Sales Department who will notify you the successful application and from that moment it will be possible to place web orders with the prices reserved for you.


How can I change my personal data?

Once you have logged in to the site using the e-mail address and password provided upon registration, you can enter the reserved area and update your information. Please note that some fields cannot be edited.
