SHIPPING EXPENSES

After having placed the order, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation at the address specified on your request.

Our products are sent by courier (TNT, UPS, Bartolini). The shipping charges are calculated on the total value of the goods, as per the following schedule:

We recommend to check the goods immediately on receipt of the parcel, in order to verify any possible tampering (lack of goods...). In case of tampering or damage, do not accept the delivery and return the parcel to the sender.

DELIVERY TIMES

For payments by cash on delivery, PayPal and by credit card, the ordered goods will be delivered to the courier within 2 working days from receipt of the order.

For payments in advance by bank transfer, the ordered goods will be delivered to the courier within 2 working days from our bank's confirmation of the crediting of the sum.

Delivery times vary according to the place of destination.

With reference to shipments in Italy, the goods will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the date of shipment.
