Privacy policy - legislative decree 196/03

Your data will be collected for identification, security and access control and will be handled with manual methods and/or data processing systems.
The provision of the data is compulsory with reference to the above mentioned purposes. Any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to enter the company areas.
The acquired personal data will be handled for the described purposes without written consent. When a person gives us his personal data, such as name, address, phone numbers.... he gives us his implicit consent to use them for specific purposes, such as arranging shipments, issuing invoices etc.
The data can be acquired only by the data processor and by other people designated for this task. No other people in the company can handle this data.
The acquired personal data can be transmitted to a third party, in case this other party should be necessary for one of the described purposes (shipping, making invoices....) The data will not be disclosed to any other parties.
You can apply to the "Privacy Service" , at the data processor, to exercise your rights, provided from paragraph 7 of legislative decree 196/03.
The data processor for accounts administration is Mr. Ugo Casagranda. The information system manager is Mr. Franco Modena, both domiciled, as appointees, at the headoffice of the data processor.
