Warranty and Support

In the case of defective goods

All of our products are guaranteed for 24 months starting from the date of the delivery of goods.

If the product presents deficiency that make not possible the normal use, the customer  must give us communication for fax (0461 968000) or e-mail ( informing us about the problem.

Our Customer Service will take action to solve your problem. If the repair service or the substitution will be necessary our staff will inform you about the details for the authorization for returning the goods to us per mail or by phone.

It is important to fill  the form of “goods return“ which is into the package. This modul must be returned with the defective goods. If you do not find the document you can print it from our web-site.

How to ship the goods

After received  the number of “goods return” and the date of authorization please fill the form and ship the goods with courrier to Music Center S.p.A., Via dell'Ora del Garda 19, 38121 TRENTO (Gardolo) - Italia. Shipping expenses will be paid by the sender.

We do not accept goods if there is not our authorization. Goods have to be shipped within 10 day from the date of authorization.

Defective goods substitution

Music Center, only after a check of the problem, will arrange the reparation or the substitution  of the product with another one with the same features.

Shipping expenses referred to the repaired goods or for the product in substitution will be paid by Music Center.
